Knit and Stitch Show at Alexandra Palace, Oct 2019
I had an amazing few days in my fully immerse stand where I met lots of people and had lots of lovely comments.
The show was fantastically organised – thank you to all the staff at Knit & Stitch behind the scenes.
It was great to see so many months of work fully realised.

Run up to the Knit & Stitch shows – Autumn 2019
I will be undertaking a deep exploration of memories through our toys for the Knitting & Stitching Shows this year, producing an atmospheric ‘Memory Room’ where the viewer will be immersed in toys of the past and memories of childhood.
I will be using images in different mediums – textiles, prints and 3D forms.
As ever, shadows will be a prominent feature.

Talks and Workshops
I have been running many Talks & Workshops this year, with a wonderful response in Ashbourne and Grantham most recently. It’s always great to meet people who love their textiles.
I am looking forward to running another workshop soon in Grantham and giving another talk in Hull next month.
The Other Art Fair 2018
I had a great time at TOAF this October.
I showed lots of new work and, as always, met lots of interesting people.
Teddy was sold and is now very happy in his new home, near Tower Bridge, surrounded by other pieces of art.
