My work is a reflection on memory and collective past experience. Shapes, patterns, textures and colours define us all in a time, a place and a culture. I am interested in the way my artwork can enhance memory by having a shadow of the image reflected onto a plain background a small distance away from the actual work. This work ranges from figurative pieces to drawings of old toys and even fish!
